Change or remove an item
You can change the quantity of an item at any time during your shopping experience. Simply go to “Cart” and chose “update quantity”. You can remove items under “Cart” as well. Forget to adjust your order before checkout? Don’t worry. You are able to edit your bag before placing your order during checkout. If you need to adjust your order after placing it, please call customer care at 1.787.872.1831. Please note that your order may begin processing immediately after order placement, and it may not be possible to change items on existing orders.
Canceling an order
At Beautiful Designs we strive to process orders as fast as possible, but we understand there are times when you need to cancel your order. Visit the Order Status page to edit or cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase. Sign in or look up your order and select “Cancel Order” next to the order number. You may also call Customer Care at (787) 872-1831 for assistance, with consideration that call wait time may extend past the 30-minute cancellation window.
